Bruno Sant Anna Fioratti

Bruno Sant Anna Fioratti works on the planning and execution of various real estate transactions, including the acquisition (and associated due diligence) of rural and urban properties for diverse uses and real estate development projects; he handles the structuring and execution of various real estate deals (drafting acquisition documents and corporate structures), including partnership agreements for subdivision developments; he works on property boundary rectifications and related procedures; and he has experience in drafting and establishing security interests and construction contracts. He also handles the drafting and negotiation of complex lease agreements, including "Built-to-Suit" arrangements and shopping center leases, as well as adverse possession proceedings, including extrajudicial ones.
