PROFILE
Victoria Weber has focused her practice on Environmental Law and ESG for nearly a decade. With extensive expertise across all areas of Environmental Law, her practice spans advisory, litigation, and due diligence. Victoria handles matters related to environmental licensing, biodiversity protection, energy, agribusiness, contaminated sites, protected areas, biosafety, and high-profile projects in the pharmaceutical, industrial, energy, and infrastructure sectors, among others.
In her litigation practice, Victoria has represented companies from various sectors in both administrative and judicial proceedings throughout Brazil, ensuring compliance with environmental laws and regulations while successfully mitigating regulatory, reputational, and financial risks.
In her advisory practice, Victoria has distinguished herself by developing robust sustainability strategies, leading initiatives related to carbon markets and value chains, conducting corporate training, and aligning complex projects with global ESG objectives.
Additionally, she has a proven track record in high-impact cases and crisis management, including major environmental events such as the Mariana and Brumadinho dam disasters and the land subsidence in Maceió.
