Notably, her work has been recognized by Professor Eleanor Fox (NYU) as \u201cexcellent\u201d in the book in which she contributed \u2014 Cases and Materials on United States Antitrust in Global Context, published in May 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Denise Junqueira\u2019s experience includes several complex merger control cases, negotiation of remedies and multi-jurisdictional transactions across various industries such as telecommunication, insurance, transportation, banking, pharmaceutical, food\/beverage, and energy.<\/p>\n<p>Denise assists clients with the design and implementation of tailored compliance programs and represents them in anti-competitive practices investigations, including abuse of dominance and cartel.
