Dear clients and partners,

We are closely monitoring the developments of the Covid-19 pandemic and, in light of the current scenario, we have drawn up a contingency plan covering all aspects of our organization and the people involved. Service protocols have been implemented to ensure the continuity of our services with our usual competence, quality, and agility, while safeguarding the health of our team members and their families.

We are a people-centric organization. We believe that exceptional results are achieved through individual talent, diversity, commitment, and, above all, collaborative work. Aware of our responsibilities to all members of our work chain, we have reduced the number of people in our offices to the absolute minimum necessary. We rely on technological resources that enable remote work continuity and we are in constant communication—among ourselves and with our clients—and can be reached via our usual phone numbers, VoIP, and emails. Meetings will be maintained and held through our online platform, and demands will continue to be handled with the same efficiency and technical standard that characterize our work. Emergency situations will be addressed individually.

Our plan will be constantly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with government and health guidelines appropriate to the moment. We are certain that we will get through this very difficult time for the country and the world, carrying its lessons forward. We will all emerge stronger.
