Thássila Victória Nogueira

Thássila Victória Nogueira provides legal counsel on matters related to banking, payment, foreign exchange, and foreign investment laws and regulations. She advises financial institutions, payment institutions, and other market participants—particularly in the e-commerce and technology sectors—on a wide range of issues. Her work encompasses regulatory matters, the structuring of online products and services, contracts, regulatory relations, financial innovation, banking secrecy, data protection, consumer protection, and compliance.

Thássila also currently coordinates the activities of the Center for Banking Law at the University of São Paulo (CDB|USP).
