PROFILE

Ludmila Holtz is an associate in the Merger and Acquisitions, Corporate and Contracts practice. Ludmila has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions in a broad range of sectors, representing foreign clients, advising on corporate law and governance matters and negotiating civil and business contracts. Before joining Cascione Advogados, she worked in large and boutique law firms, as an in-house counsel of a publicly held corporation and of a leading Brazilian financial institution, as well as at one of the Big Four.
