Raffi Aniz focuses his activities on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures, involving the negotiation of equity purchase agreements, as well as investment and shareholder’s agreements, advising national and foreign clients in different industries. Raffi works with corporate reorganizations and day-to-day corporate matters, as well as advising national and foreign clients with the incorporation and organization of companies in Brazil. Raffi has experience in drafting corporate agreements and with general corporate matters.
