PROFILE

Thássila Victória Nogueira provides legal counsel on issues related to banking, payments, foreign exchange, and foreign investment laws and regulations. Thássila advises financial institutions, payment institutions, and other market participants (particularly in the e-commerce and technology industries) on a wide range of matters, including regulatory work, the structuring of online products and services, contracts, relations with regulators, financial innovation, bank secrecy, data protection, consumer defense, and compliance.

Currently, Thássila also coordinates the activities of the Center for Banking Law at the University of São Paulo (CDB|USP).
