- Providing strategic advice on the protection of intellectual property rights and trade secrets, as well as on the structuring of business models for the commercialization and exploitation of intellectual assets.
- Conducting intellectual property due diligence.

Dispute Resolution
- Representing clients in administrative proceedings before the Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).
- Representing clients in proceedings before the Brazilian National Advertising Self-Regulation Council (CONAR).
- Representing clients in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings involving intellectual property rights, unfair competition, and digital law.
Commercial Transactions
- Drafting and negotiating agreements involving intellectual property licensing and assignments, copyright, research and development (R&D) initiatives, technology transfer, specialized technical assistance services, trade secrets, software development, software licensing, and franchise arrangements.
- Drafting and negotiating trademark coexistence agreements.
- Structuring and documenting royalty payment arrangements.
- Recording and registering agreements with the INPI and other competent authorities.
Legal Opinions and Expert Assistance
- Preparing legal opinions on intellectual property matters.
- Acting as technical expert advisors in dispute resolution proceedings involving intellectual property rights.
