Pedro Xavier de M. B. Azevedo
Pedro has worked in the labor consultancy and litigation area for 15 years, advising national and foreign companies of various sizes and economic areas of activity.
He has extensive experience in advising on the preparation of consultations, legal opinions, memoranda, contracts, internal policies, negotiation of hiring and termination of executives.
He also is highly regarded in activities as coordinating labor audits, advising investors and companies seeking investment, as well as in the operationalization of mergers, incorporations, and acquisitions of companies.
He has experience in hearings, collective negotiations and acting in individual and collective proceedings, specializing in Collective Disputes, Civil Public Actions, Collective Civil Actions, Labor Claims, and administrative procedures before the Labor Public Attorneys and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
