Our key services include:
- Advising domestic producers, importers, and exporters on trade defense matters (including feasibility analyses and risk assessments);
- Representation in antidumping, countervailing duty (subsidies), and safeguard investigations and administrative reviews before the Department of Trade Remedies (DECOM), under the Secretariat of Foreign Trade (SECEX), Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services (MDIC);
- Advising Brazilian companies in foreign trade defense investigations abroad, in coordination with foreign counsel;
- Representation in proceedings involving proposals for temporary or permanent changes to the Common External Tariff (CET) before the Foreign Trade Chamber (CAMEX).
